“PHOTOGRAPHY IS NOT JUST A PROFESSION OR A HOBBY. IT’S A PASSION”….
About
I started learning photography when I was twelve years old. I read every book I could find written by Kodak on film and photographic paper and how to expose and develop them. I learned more in high school and then after college, I attended the Germain School of Photography at the Center for Media Arts in Manhattan and completed their 2 year Photographic Certificate Program.
I received further photographic knowledge and training and studied under such notable photographers as; Dean Collins, San Diego, CA., Tony Corbell, San Diego, CA., Fred Picker, Newfane, VT., Ray McSavenny, Los Angeles, CA., Robert Hansen, San Juan Capistrano, CA., Larry Vogel, Westminster, CA, and Tim Layton, Mountain View, MO.
I am also a Large Format photographer using 6x17 cm, 4x5" and 8x10" view cameras. I also make handmade Platinum and Palladium Fine Art Prints which are permanent archival prints that will last more than two millennia. My transition to digital photography has been self-taught. I work in Product Photography, Landscape, Website and School Photography. I also offer digital image editing and printing services.
The greatest thing about this quest for photographic knowledge and artistic passion is that you never stop learning! I hope that my images bring you the same joy that I felt when I created them. Enjoy the photographs!
